"And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and and if they hold out faithful to the end they are received into heaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness. O remember, remember that these things are true; for the Lord God hath spoken it."

Oops...
So, I forgot a pretty important detail... That's my nephew!!! By the name, clearly he's not mine... But I thought I'd clarify anyway!!!! :-) He's the son of my brother, Jeremy, and his wife, Tanna.
Morgan and I were married on December 28, 2007 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. We currently live in Logan, UT where I work as a florist and Morgan works in a grocery store and is attending Utah State University. Mogan is working on a degree in public health, with an emphasis on health education. We have about two years left here then we will apply, and hopefully get accepted, to a pharmacy school! Well, that's us in a nutshell! We hope you enjoy our blog!
I like pasta. I could eat it more often than not! And I like to experiment with different Alfredo variations. Here's my latest! It's not your traditional alfredo flavor but it is dang tasty!
1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 brick Cream Cheese 1/2 pint Whipping Cream Parmesan Cheese to thicken
Seasonings to taste: Curry Powder Garlic Powder Lime Juice Salt Pepper (sometimes I add it, sometimes I don't! Morgan likes it, I'm not the biggest fan!)
Add your favorite mix in to dress it up: Grilled Chicken Chuncks Steamed Veggies- I'm a broccoli fiend!
Melt on med/low heat, soup and cr. cheese. Add whipping cream. Stir together. Add seasonings to taste. Then add parmesan cheese to thicken. Mix with favorite noodles. I like the spiral veggie noodles (you know, those orange, green and cream ones). I also add noodles to sauce before I serve so it goes farther. Sauce makes roughly 6 servings. Probably closer to 4 if you have a big eater in the house!! ;-)
Try it! You'll Like it!
A "NUM-YUMMY" RECIPE
I really liked my sisters add-on of a Recipe of the Week. However, like her, I probably won't change it on a weekly basis. Actually, I know I won't change it weekly!!! But I thought it would be a fun one to share for the holidays!
Pineapple Sauce
1/3 c. Packed Brown Sugar 1 T. Cornstarch 1 can Pineapple (crushed or tidbits- I used crushed and really liked the consistency of it.) 2 T. Butter 1/2 t. Lemon Juice
In saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple juice drained from can. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Bring to boil over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add drained pineapple, butter and lemon juice. Serve over ham and ENJOY!!!
